Orders placed with us on-line are through a secure server.
The secure server encrypts all information you input before
it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data
we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We
use the information we collect to provide a more personalized
shopping experience.
WE DO NOT SELL, SHARE, OR TRADE ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED
TO US UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
A general rule to follow when ordering from Good Soapworks
of Athens Online is:
Please review your completed order carefully. (We have no
way of knowing your desires, other than what is explained
on your order form. If you have any questions about ordered
items, email us or call 1-770 822-0973.)
Other
considerations:
• Online orders are credit card, PayPal, or cleared personal
check only.
• Orders will be shipped USPS Flat Rate or UPS Ground. Use
the comments field on your order form to enter special shipping
requests.
• In stock orders placed via the Web are normally processed
within 3 business days.
• We make every effort to maintain a large supply of stock.
However, out-of-stock items do occasionally occur. Items
out of stock will be shipped within 1-3 weeks. We will notify
you immediately if an item is out of stock.
• International customers: large shipments need special
arrangements for shipping, with corresponding cost. Start
the process by please telling us how you would like your
order handled. This is a new area for us, and we are open
to suggestion. As of now, we ship international orders of
small to moderate size US Priority Mail.
• All orders placed online will be processed separately.
If you forget to place something on your order and want
to add it (so all items are shipped together, thus saving
shipping cost), you must email us with the words "Order
Correction" in the subject line of your message within
12 hours of the initial order.
• On-line orders are accepted via our order forms or email
only.
• Terms: Credit Card, PayPal
• Shipping Charges: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Lawrenceville,
Georgia. Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise, we do
not accept responsibility for delayed order fulfillment
or delivery. We charge a flat rate of $8.00 on all domestic
orders up to $75.00. Domestic shipping is free on orders
over $75.00.
• Returns: Good Soapworks of Athens will happily accept
approved returned merchandise if unopened and undamaged
within 20 days of purchase. Customers wishing to return
items must contact us prior to return. Return shipping costs
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Note, if you want special shipping considerations (such
as Next Day Air, etc.), please use the comments field on
the order form.
